About Me

My name is Helen — a practical analyst and a person who prefers facts to emotions, yet knows how to find meaning in both.

I work in the field of Business Intelligence and Cognitive Consulting, combining data analytics, artificial intelligence, and strategic consulting. I’ve been in IT for more than 15 years and spent seven years working at EPAM. In recent years I’ve lived in Mexico, where I learned one simple truth: the best tool is not technology — it’s clarity of thinking.

What I Do

I turn chaos into knowledge, and knowledge into decisions.

In my projects, I combine three roles:

  • An analyst who hears and sees deeper than what is explicitly stated.
  • A consultant who asks uncomfortable (and useful) questions.
  • A meaning architect who connects business, data, people, and technology into a coherent system.

In short — I help companies think better, and people make decisions with more confidence.

My Values

  • Responsibility over status. Form matters, but substance matters more.
  • Humanity in the age of AI. I believe technology should amplify what is human — not erase it.
  • Depth over noise. Superficiality is a luxury the world can no longer afford.
  • Order through meaning. Any system works only when people truly understand it.

My Story

My path took me from systems analysis to pre-sales, consulting, and complex data/AI initiatives.

I’ve worked with major international companies in pharma, energy, retail, biotech, and advanced manufacturing.

I’ve gone through several major life challenges — relocations, surgeries, and serious medical turns — and I keep moving forward because I understand something simple: meaning is strategy, and resilience is a skill.

What Makes Me Different

  • I can see structure where others see chaos.
  • I connect data, people, and processes so that the system works, not merely exists.
  • I think in causal chains, not in trends.
  • I translate complexity into human language.
  • I’m skeptical to the degree that helps verify — not slow down progress.

A Bit Personal

I appreciate quiet, order, and honesty.
I love good paper, thoughtfully designed notebooks, and architectural clarity — in systems and in life.

I believe every thing should have meaning, and every story should have a continuation.
